Consequently, the field looks much smaller, but trainer Bob Baffert has a major opportunity to secure his 20th Breeders’ Cup win. His entrants feature Richi and Splendora, whereas Hope Road, winner of the G1 Ballerina Stakes, is considered the main challenger.
